Yes, we offer a 7-day refund guarantee if we cannot resolve any issues you are experiencing. Please contact our customer support team for assistance. Purchases made within the last 7 days are eligible for a full refund. Refunds for subscriptions purchased more than 7 days ago will be issued partially, based on the used period of the subscription.

Trials and accounts used for more than half of their duration are not eligible for refunds.
