How to Setup On MAG BOX/STB?

Step 1: Connect Your MAG Box or STB

1. Send us the MAC Address of your MAG Device via WhatsApp/Email
2. Email : [email protected]
3. WhatsApp : click here 
4. Connect the MAG Box to Your TV using an HDMI cable.
5. Plug in the power adapter and turn on the device.
6. Ensure the MAG Box is connected to the internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Access the MAG Box Settings

1. Once the device boots up, navigate to the Settings menu.
   • On the home screen, look for the gear icon or Settings option.

Step 3: Configure the Portal

1. Go to System Settings > Servers > Portals.
2. You’ll see fields for Portal 1 Name and Portal 1 URL:
   • Portal 1 Name: Enter any name (e.g., IPTV Provider IPWATCH).Portal 1 URL: Enter the portal URL provided by IPWATCH.
3. Example: http://IPWATCH.com/portal/.
4. If you have a second portal URL, you can set it up under Portal 2 Name and Portal 2 URL.

Step 4: Save and Restart

1. After entering the portal details, save the settings by pressing the OK button.
2. Restart your MAG Box:
   • Go to the main menu, select Restart Portal, or power cycle the device by unplugging and plugging it back in.

Step 5: Wait for the Portal to Load

1. After restarting, the MAG Box will load the portal URL you entered.
2. You’ll see the IPTV service interface, including channels, movies, and other content provided by IPWATCH IPTV.
